Randy L. Marshall - President
As President, since its inception in 1994, Mr. Marshall is responsible for the overall operational success of the Company. He has over 20 years experience in the telecom industry and has an excellent track record in identifying and expanding the Company's product base. Prior to Omni, Mr. Marshall founded Domation, Inc., a patented building process, which was a top "INC 500" growth company. He has won numerous awards and honors for his civic involvement. Mr. Marshall is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology.

Dennis C. Wells - Executive Vice President / Treasurer
Mr. Wells has served in this capacity since the company's inception in 1994. In addition to providing overall leadership and direction support, he is responsible for all the financial operations of the Company, including contracts, corporate policies, accounting, commissions, tax matters, and banking relationships. Mr. Wells also serves as a Director on the Boards of several companies. He has a B.A. degree from Concordia College.

Michael Valadez - Corporate Secretary / General Counsel
Mr. Valadez is responsible for all compliance and legal issues. He has served in this capacity since 1999. Mr. Valadez was employed by the Securities and Exchange Commission for 11 years and served as Washington Counsel for Apache Corporation, an oil and gas exploration company, for 17 years. Since 1989 he has been in private practice in matters of corporate and securities law. He received a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Baltimore.
