Facility Audits
Through a network of professional facility auditors, all phases of telecommunications billing are reviewed for accuracy, unnecessary or obsolete features, bogus circuits and excessive charges. The savings produced through the audit are shared between the customer and OMNI. We identify billing errors and negotiate refunds and credits from telecommunication suppliers, including:

• Local Telephone Companies
• Long Distance Telephone Companies
• Cellular Telephone Companies
• Pager Equipment and Service Firms
• Telecommunications Hardware Sales/Leasing/
• Maintenance/Service Firms

Part of the auditing process includes an interview of applicable key personnel at each location. This process is confidential and allows OMNI to recommend cost containment strategies, methods to eliminate toll fraud, and identifying opportunities which may exist through proper or improved utilization of client facilities and application of new or emerging technology. Our findings and recommendations are presented in a comprehensive report at the conclusion of the audit. Implementing any changes or recommendations addressed by the report, is solely at the client's discretion.
